Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Aircraft Man (ACM), Kalu B.A, who shot his colleague and lover

dead yesterday morning in Makurdi, over suspicion that she was cheating on him with another man wrote a suicide note but the coward chickened out at the last moment.

Read the confirmed suicide note obtained by Sunday Akoji and his interesting post:

 Sunday Akoji post below…

FUMING At A Suicide Note From A Coward:

Yesterday while my account was still under suspension, I posted a story of a Nigerian Air Force Airman who shot and killed his girlfriend, a fellow Air Woman for allegedly cheating on him.

Both of them met at the boot camp and fell in love in 2016 when they joined the Air Force. They were posted to the Nigerian Air Force Tactical Air Command in Makurdi. Airman Kalu aka Mr LoverMan put a bullet in the neck of Air Woman Sholape at 4:36am on Sunday morning in his apartment where the lovebirds spent the night. He then proceeded to update his Facebook status speaking incoherently like the lunatic that he is.

He left a suicide note, but the coward wasn’t man enough to put a bullet in his own neck. Don’t dignify this act of stupidity and callous murder of an innocent soul by a deranged, unhinged lunatic who can also pass for Lucifer himself, as an act of love by comparing it with Williams Shakespeare fictional character, Romeo in Romeo and Juliet, as some idiots I see on blogosphere are currently doing. As the sage puts it, do not underestimate the power of STUPID people gathered in large crowds. How anyone will justify killing a lover because of infidelity in the 21st century is beyond my comprehension.

I have read the suicide note left by the murderous coward who is so lily-livered and chicken hearted that he cannot even put a bullet on his own head, and it made no sense to me. Biko read and tell me if you can make sense of the hogwash he penned down as part of his carefully planned murder and failed suicide script?

Airman B.A Kalu was arrested after killing his girlfriend with his service pistol and updated his Facebook page. He actually misled the public because he is worst than a coward and didn’t have the nerve to commit suicide. He is currently under Air Provost detention at the Makurdi Air Force Base and awaiting Orderly Room Trial in a military court according to Military law. Hopefully he will get a bullet in the neck after a verdict of GUILTY for killing a Service personnel is handed over to him, with death by FIRING SQUAD. As they say in law, Res Ipsa Loquitor – The facts speaks for itself!

This unequalled and unparalleled act of brutal savagery cannot be found in history. Not even in the Hobbessian state of nature described by Thomas Hobbes, where man survived in the wild, ravaged by hunger and diseases as he gather woods and hunt for games in order to survive the element.

According to Linda Ikeji a Facebook user, Brian, Jonah Dennis, the man picture above alleged developed breast after he was charmed by a lady whom he promised marriage but later didn’t fulfill his promise.

But you know in Africa, whatever we don’t undersstand, we call juju. That’s most likely a medical condition called Gynecomastia.

There was drama at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University School of Pharmacy, Agulu, Anambra State, today, when a man who just returned from the U.S, stormed the campus, to fight for the love of his supposed girlfriend. .

Trouble started, last night, when he called the girl, while studying during night class, and that girl’s boyfriend, on campus, picked the call. In the course of their conversation, the boyfriend threatened to beat the U.S returnee.

Angered by the threat, he went to the campus today to teach him a lesson. On getting there, he called the supposed boyfriend, but coincidentally, an innocent student was also receiving a call close by.

Thinking that the innocent student was the boyfriend and was answering his call, he pounced on him and started beating him until security operatives intervened. He and his accomplice were eventually disgraced out of the campus.

The sources also revealed that the president might address the nation Friday after his long absence, in order to quell any concerns over his capacity to govern.

The news of his return Friday was broken last night in a statement by his media aide, Mr. Femi Adesina.

Adesina recalled that the president left the shores of the country on January 19 for a vacation, during which he was scheduled to undergo routine medical check-ups.

He said the scheduled vacation was however extended due to the advice by his doctors that he undergoes further medical tests.

According to him, the president expressed gratitude to the generality of Nigerians in all parts of the country and beyond who supported him in their prayers and good wishes while he was away.

“President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to return to the country tomorrow, Friday March 10, 2017. The President left the country on January 19, 2017 for a vacation, during which he had routine medical check-ups.

“The holiday was extended based on doctors’ recommendation for further tests and rest.

“President Buhari expresses appreciation to teeming Nigerians from across the country and beyond, who had prayed fervently for him and also sent their good wishes,” the statement said.

Earlier Thursday, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rev. Justin Welby, had paid a visit to Buhari in Abuja House, London where the president had resided throughout his medical vacation.

The president, who announced Welby’s visit on his Facebook page, said he was pleased to receive the archbishop, whom he described as his friend.

“Very pleased to welcome my friend, the Most Rev. Hon. Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury,” the president had said.

Other than his doctors, Welby was possibly the first non-Nigerian citizen to visit the president in London since January 19 when he left the country.

Last month, the president was visited by numerous Nigerians including two leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Bola Tinubu and Chief Bisi Akande.

He had earlier been visited by the Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, and Senator Daisy Danjuma.

He was also visited on February 23 by a National Assembly team led by Senate President Bukola Saraki. Also in the team was the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara, and the Senate Leader, Senator Ahmad Lawan.

The visit was made days after both Saraki and Dogara had disclosed that they had telephone conversations with Buhari.

While Saraki said he called Buhari, Dogara said the president had called him and discussed issues affecting the welfare of Nigerians with him.

The president left the country on January 19, 2017, four days earlier than scheduled, stating that he would return on February 6 to resume duty.

But on February 5, the presidency announced the extension of his vacation indefinitely, saying the president was waiting for the results of the medical tests and needed to be certified okay by his doctors before leaving London.

Since then, speculations have been rife over the president’s health.

Indeed, even before the presidency informed the public of the extension of Buhari’s vacation, there were rumours that he had died in the UK.

All these proved to be untrue after the presidency released proof of life photographs of the president and his visitors.

In April, 2016 (Read Here), while allegedly trying to steal a phone through someone’s window, in Sapele, Delta state, the occupant of the room sighted him and cut off his right hand. He was later treated in a hospital. Almost a year after, he was caught stealing again, and mercilessly beaten.

A Nigerian woman, Mrs Ohiwe-ei Unuigbe, based in South Africa has welcomed her first child with husband after 9 years ofmarriage and childlessness.

Mrs Unigbe got married when she was 35 years old and her husband, 39. This was also after her parents made her reject a former suitor, a medical doctor who financially saw her through university because he was an ‘osu’ (outcast).

While in the university, she had a man, a medical student, (she was a Chemical Engineering student) who supported her financially and they had planned to marry. But upon graduating and when the man asked for her hand in marriage, her people declared he was Osu (the set of people “forbidden” in Igbo land in Nigeria).

Mrs Unuigbe’s husband shared his testimony about how he and his wife were delivered after they did restitution below.

My birthday testimony

It is my birthday today, February the 14th 2017. I would like to testify of the miracle God did in my family just before this day. Early October last year, my wife and I had our first baby, a boy. His names are Ovbioise Chukwuemezikam Unuigbe. I had kept this testimony until today. There are different aspects to it.

We waited for 9 years after marriage. We married in 2007 when I was 39 and my wife was 35. Obviously we did not marry as early as we would both want to due to errors caused by circumstances, including ignorance.

If you are a “spiritual Christian”, you will understand what I am about to say. In about 1995 / 1996 (I am not too sure of the exact year), I had been posted in Benin from the Akenzua Parish (branch) of our church, the Redeemed Christian Church of God to the GRA to support the planting of a new parish.

While there, I represented the parish as a youth leader in the State Youth Fire Conference held in Warri, Delta State. Then Edo and Delta were one state by RCCG classification and that is what is now called Province. It was one of the nights during that programme that I had a very clear revelation of a lady to be my wife.

The youth leaders of parishes where accommodated two in a room each and I was with my very close friend who is now an Area pastor.

I did not tell him about the dream, neither did I tell my pastor, Pastor Matthew Sule. For two reasons, I did not want to marry this sister. One was that I still had the Ordinary National Diploma then and I considered that marrying then would keep me at that level. While I was hoping to continue my education, I did not want to keep a sister waiting for too long.

The second reason was that the lady in question was from a tribe in Edo State (my home state), from which my own people do not marry. We heard and held negative “myths” about them. It was passed down over the years.

So I abandoned the dream! Strange enough, I and the lady got very close as the posting from Akenzua to the GRA brought us together. She was very pretty, well behaved and a committed Christian.

We trusted each other as workers in the RCCG then. As much as I liked her and had strong feelings for her, I never opened my mouth to express anything about it to her. In 1997, she got married to someone else but not before she had said to me, “Bro Ohi, I have to marry this year” and I replied, “Have you found somebody?”. When she made that comment my mind missed and it was like losing a big opportunity! This was a big error!

I eventually went to school, resigned my job with FIRS, got the Bachelors and the Masters degrees and by the time I married it was 10 years after this lady had married.

The lessons here are:

i. When you refuse God’s instruction on issues as marriage, it takes a whole cycle and His mercy to pick it up again. Mine was 1997 and 2007.

ii. Never refuse a person connected to you by the will of God for reasons of where she or he comes from or for any other reason.

I met my wife eventually in Lagos in 2005. She too had similar issue. While in the university, she had a man, a medical student, (she was a Chemical Engineering student) who supported her financially and they had planned to marry.

But upon graduating and when the man asked for her hand in marriage, her people, not her, declared he was Osu (the set of people “forbidden” in Igbo land in Nigeria). So she was sent from Enugu to live with a relation in Lagos. I only discovered this when things were going out of hand after we had been married and had no children for some years.

WE BEGAN TO ASK EACH OTHER QUESTIONS. Eventually, we did restitution.

There are many other points to the experience of our waiting for the fruit of the womb. This space will not contain then for now. We shall put them in a book. We hope to also get platforms to practically share our experiences. I have discovered that “your experience is your ministry”.

I would conclude by sharing the following highlights:

1. We had some anchor scriptures to pray with as our case moved towards “logical impossibility” – Exodus 23:25-26, Psalms 92:12-15 and many others. We also walked with them. We prayed, we fasted, we gave all the commitment we could, we asked ourselves questions, we studied spiritual and medical books on pregnancy and infertility, we fought all round. But in all, we obtained victory by the mercy of God!

2. Never reject God’s leading for any reason. The family of a Christian is the people in the house of God who are children of God. Not the Biological tribes.

3. Fight for the fulfillment of God’s word in any area of your life that is not holding true to the word of God. The fight begins from inside of you!

Join me to celebrate the arrival of our first baby, a special gift from God. This supersedes and takes the place of my birthday celebration today.
